Preheat the oven to 180℃. Prepare a muffin baking tray by greasing it with olive oil.

Cut each sheet of phyllo pastry in half to obtain 12 strips. Then fold each strip in half and arrange them in the tray so that they cover the bottom and sides. Fold the edges of the phyllo pastry towards the center and secure them to create mini pastries.
