Ingredients
-
½ cup fresh Blueberries
-
½ cup Chocolate chips
-
1 tbsp Almonds
Directions
An interesting way to prepare a dessert with blueberries and chocolate. For this chocolate-covered blueberry dessert, you only need two ingredients, and the result is unique. You can make this dish to add variety to your healthy eating or to surprise your guests with a simple dessert. This dessert can also be stored for a while, so you can place the chocolate-covered blueberries in the freezer and keep them for up to 7 days.
Instead of blueberries, you can use other fruits such as raspberries or strawberries in chocolate. Of course, the shapes of the dish will be different, but it’s up to your imagination.

Wash fresh blueberries and dry them thoroughly. Using dry blueberries is essential because any remaining water on the berries will prevent the chocolate from sticking properly, resulting in a completely different outcome. |

Now, melt the chocolate. Pour ½ cup of unsweetened vegan chocolate chips into a microwave-safe container. Heat the container in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir the chocolate and heat it again for another 30 seconds. Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and gently mix them. Use a spoon to take a few chocolate-covered blueberries from the plate and place them on parchment paper. |

For toppings, I suggest using almonds. You can also use coconut flakes or honey. Chop the almonds into small pieces and sprinkle them over our dessert. Once everything is arranged and topped, put the dessert in the freezer for a few minutes. When the dessert cools down and hardens, it's ready to be enjoyed! |
